These terms apply to YourImagesKit (https://yourimageskit.com), a browser-side image toolkit for online sellers. By using the site you agree to them. Paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record.

The product

YourImagesKit lets you compress, resize, crop, watermark, badge, and pack product photos into PDFs in your browser. Image files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for those tools.

Accounts and plans

Free accounts have a daily image cap and a tool watermark. Pro, Business, and credit packs unlock higher limits as described on the Pricing page. You must keep a valid payment method for paid plans. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or unpaid invoices.

Payments

Checkout, invoices, taxes, and subscription management are handled by Paddle. Your contract for payment is with Paddle according to their checkout terms. Cancel or update billing via Manage billing (Paddle customer portal).

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools for illegal content, malware, or to infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for the photos you process and how you publish them on marketplaces.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost listings, marketplace rejections, or data that never left your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
